Ten thousand visitors to the 2024 Festival of Sciences in Marseille over three days! This was the figure going around the Monday after the busy weekend of 11-13 October 2024 on the phone chat of nearly 100 organizers and animators of stands piquing the curiosity of both schoolchildren and the general public. From MMG, Laurent Villard and Laurent Argiro organized 26 members of MMG who relayed for sometimes very long periods, a presence and engagement on subjects ranging from ethics to fluorescent microscopy, from the genetic code to systems biology simulations to animal modeling of disease and treatment.
